Like the guides who help climbers reach the summit of the world’s highest mountains, ARRS SHERPA helps you identify your knowledge gaps and guides you to educational resources tailored specifically to fill those gaps. As you answer questions correctly, you’ll progress up the mountain, from camp to camp, until you ultimately reach the summit. The expedition is not without potential pitfalls, of course, but your ARRS SHERPA is there to assist when needed. Each learner will have one year (365 days) to complete their expedition to the summit.
This is where you will begin your journey by completing a short profile to aid ARRS SHERPA in selecting questions most appropriate for your practice. Refer back to the Dashboard at any point along the way to compare your progress up the mountain with others in your expedition.
This is where you will be presented with a set of questions, 20 at a time, which represents the climb to the next camp. Answer 20 questions correctly and you progress to the next camp. As you move from camp to camp, the climb becomes more challenging. You must answer 10 or more questions correctly to avoid a pitfall as you climb to camp 1. You must answer 12 or more questions correctly to avoid a pitfall on your way to camp 2. You
must answer 14 or more questions correctly to avoid a pitfall on your way to camp 3; 16 or more questions correctly to avoid a pitfall on your way to camp 4, and 18 or more questions correctly to avoid a pitfall on your way to the summit. For each question answered incorrectly, you’ll be provided with recommended resources. Take advantage of these recommendations, as you may see that question again. Many of the recommendations are free to ARRS members; some carry a small fee. Most offer CME credit; some also offer SAM credit.
